Responsibilities

 

  • You will be leading the performance marketing accounts as Account Owner
  • You should be a master of any one among Pay Per Click (Google etc.) | Social Media (Facebook etc) | SEO with general understanding of the others.
  • Translate client objectives into effective, impactful marketing strategies on various search and social media platforms like Google, FaceBook, Alliances etc.
  • Define measurable acquisition-based PPC strategies and Devise roadmap on digital front, impacting the business growth for clients.
  • Establish domain expertise across channels and translate it into business growth for our clients, also act as a primary client contact.
  • Oversee, advise and assist in the management of owned accounts by building client relationships and managing project delivery as needed to ensure client retention and/or expansion.
  • Embody a "player-coach" leadership role, leading and executing against strategies alongside a team of 1-3 members 
  • Stay up to date on current digital marketing industry trends and technologies, and communicate these trends to clients and the Path Interactive team

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelors or advanced degree with 3-5 years or more of experience leading impactful digital marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of a wide range of marketing practices. Proven team leadership and management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and positive attitudes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to speak and write persuasively in marketing and interpersonal contexts
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel/ spreadsheets
  • Impeccable project management and organization skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Strong knowledge of standard and enterprise SEO tools, including Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, AdWords Keyword Planner, GTM and Google Webmaster Tools Etc.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS as they impact search accessibility
  • If you are from an agency background, that will be an added advantage.
